Michael came up with the idea of putting more emphasis on using your hobbies as a starting point to enhancing your CV. In the last few years he has been on two voluntary projects abroad and worked on three research internships. Whilst studying as an undergraduate at Lancaster University he started up the website to help young people and those wanting a career change into work they will enjoy.

Our team began at Lancaster University. We are now elsewhere in the country but maintaining strong links with Lancaster. The website started out as an idea to help people find affordable placements that they enjoy whilst also enhancing their CV.

Tom is also based at Lancaster University and has just completed his undergraduate degree there. As our web designer, he has put the ideas into practice and created the website to match our goals. He has also set up his own business from Lancaster University creating websites for local businesses.
