After finding out the hard way how long it takes to find the right work and experience, Michael came up with the idea of putting more emphasis on using your hobbies as a starting point to enhancing your CV. In the last 2 years he has been on two voluntary projects abroad and worked on two internships. Whilst studying as an undergraduate at Lancaster University he aims to help young people and those wanting a career change into work they will enjoy and has set up Jobsplitters to fulfill these aims.

Our team is currently based at Lancaster University. The website started out as an idea to help people find cheaper placements that they enjoy whilst also enhancing their CV.

Tom is also based at Lancaster University and has just completed his undergraduate degree there. As our web designer, he has put the ideas into practice and created the website to match our goals. He has also set up his own business from Lancaster University creating websites for local businesses.
